Itinerary

Your experience begins with a central meet-up in Austin, where the group will gather before heading out together to Fredericksburg. We’ll kick things off with a casual welcome lunch — a chance to meet, connect, and ease into the weekend before making our way to the villa. Upon arrival, you’ll check in, settle into your rooms, and take a moment to unwind. The afternoon is all about relaxation, as in-home spa services will be available for those who want to indulge in a massage and fully step into the weekend energy. In the evening, we’ll head out for a beautiful group dinner at Hill & Vine, where you’ll enjoy a warm, inviting atmosphere and a menu that perfectly sets the tone for the weekend ahead.
