Day 1

Day 1: Arrival in Fredericksburg

Your experience begins with a central meet-up in Austin, where the group will gather before heading out together to Fredericksburg. We’ll kick things off with a casual welcome lunch — a chance to meet, connect, and ease into the weekend before making our way to the villa. Upon arrival, you’ll check in, settle into your rooms, and take a moment to unwind. The afternoon is all about relaxation, as in-home spa services will be available for those who want to indulge in a massage and fully step into the weekend energy. In the evening, we’ll head out for a beautiful group dinner at Hill & Vine, where you’ll enjoy a warm, inviting atmosphere and a menu that perfectly sets the tone for the weekend ahead.

Day 2: Wine Tasting & Summer Social

Wake up slowly and enjoy a light breakfast at the villa as the group eases into the day. From there, we’ll head out for a curated winery experience, visiting multiple wineries in the Fredericksburg area. The day is designed to be fun, relaxed, and social — giving you time to enjoy tastings, take in the views, and simply enjoy the moment. After the wine tour, we’ll return to the villa for some downtime to refresh and reset before the evening. Later, we’ll head out to Brooks Bubble Bar for a fun and elevated night out — the perfect mix of music, energy, and celebration to close out the day.

Day 3: Departure

Enjoy a slow and easy morning at the villa as the weekend comes to a close. After check-out, the group will head back to Austin together, leaving with new connections, great memories, and a refreshed sense of energy.
