The Experience

Fly into Cape Town International Airport (CPT) and plan to arrive by 3:00 PM on Day 1. Once you land, a private airport transfer will be arranged to take you directly to your hotel, allowing you to settle in and begin your Cape Town experience with ease.

Fly out of Cape Town International Airport (CPT) As our journey comes to an end, depart from Cape Town International Airport (CPT) for your flight home. If you're not quite ready to leave, consider extending your stay to experience more of Cape Town's world-class dining, stunning landscapes, and renowned wine regions.
Visas
U.S. passport holders do not need a visa for tourist visits to South Africa of up to 90 days. Your passport must be valid for at least 30 days beyond your departure date from South Africa and contain at least two blank passport pages. Entry requirements are subject to change. All travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet the latest passport, visa, and health requirements before departure
Weather
December is one of the best times to visit Cape Town. With warm summer weather, long daylight hours, and minimal rainfall, it's the perfect season for beach days, wine tasting in the Cape Winelands, scenic drives along the coast, and outdoor adventures throughout the region.
Passport Requirements
All travelers must have a passport that is valid for at least 30 days beyond their departure date from South Africa and contains at least two consecutive blank visa pages. We recommend ensuring your passport has at least 6 months of validity remaining beyond your travel dates to avoid any airline or transit-related issues. It is the responsibility of each traveler to verify that they meet all passport, visa, and entry requirements before departure.

Health Requirements
There are currently no mandatory vaccinations required for U.S. travelers visiting South Africa. A Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is only required for travelers arriving from or transiting through countries where Yellow Fever is present. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider or a travel health clinic regarding any recommended vaccinations or medications before travel.
