  • DAY ONE

    Welcome to Mexico City Book Babes!

    Welcome to Mexico City! Upon arrival at the airport, your private driver will be waiting to greet you and transfer you to the sleek, design-forward Volga Hotel, your stylish home in Colonia Cuauhtémoc. Take time to check in, rest, and refresh after your journey. You might choose to unwind in your room, enjoy the hotel’s amenities, or take a short stroll through the neighborhood to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of CDMX.

  • DAY TWO

    After breakfast at your hotel, begin your journey at the awe-inspiring Biblioteca Vasconcelos, a mega library that feels like a cathedral of books. Then, step into the Museo Nacional de Antropología, one of the world’s most renowned museums, before visiting a nearby gallery for a touch of contemporary art. After some downtime back at Volga, the evening brings you straight into the city’s culinary heart with the Eat Like a Local Night Food Tour, a women-owned experience that takes you through bustling mercados, taco stands, and dessert spots. This immersive night is both dinner and adventure wrapped in one.

  • DAY THREE

    This morning, board your private trajinera boat in Xochimilco and float through colorful canals with mariachi, snacks, and laughter. Later, head to Coyoacán to tour the iconic Frida Kahlo Museum (Casa Azul) and wander its artsy neighborhood. After some rest at your hotel, the evening takes you ringside at a Lucha Libre match—an electrifying night of masked wrestlers, roaring fans, and pure Mexican spectacle. Savor mouthwatering tacos in a taqueria as well as beer and mezcal during the show.

  • DAY FOUR

    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then head out for a Hot Air Balloon Ride over the ancient Pyramids of Teotihuacan. Watch the sunrise paint the valley as you toast with champagne mid-air. After landing, explore the Pyramids of the Sun and Moon with a guide before heading back to the city. Return to the city for an afternoon of rest and relaxation.

  • DAY FIVE

    Today is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Sleep in, shop the boutiques of Roma-Condesa, wander Polanco’s luxury avenues, or dive into a museum or gallery. If you’d like something extra such as a spa treatment, a cooking class, a day trip to Grutas de Tolantongo or even a private excursion simply reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to help arrange it at an additional cost. In the late afternoon, regroup for a fun salsa dance lesson, where you’ll learn the basics and share plenty of laughs. As the sun sets, we’ll gather for a spectacular farewell dinner at Ling Ling Rooftop, with panoramic views, and an atmosphere perfect for celebrating your last night in CDMX.

  • DAY SIX

    As our time together comes to an end, we want you to know that you'll be greatly missed! Start out your day with breakfast at the hotel before you head out. Checkout is at 12PM so please be packed and ready to leave the hotel.

    Your car ride will be waiting for you at the hotel, ensuring a smooth departure.

Fill out the below sign up form and make sure you fill in the correct information as this will be used for booking flights and more.

Step 3

Once that is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the details on how to make your monthly payments. Your monthly payment will be set from the day you make your deposit.

  • This is a trip exclusive to PBB members only. ALL PBB babes are invited to join the book retreat, whether you've been to one meeting or all or maybe even none!

  • Due to the size of this group trip, preparation, and vendor contracts there is a very strict refund policy. By purchasing this package, you acknowledge and agree to Wande’s Refund policy. A base deposit of $500 is nonrefundable (no matter your original deposit amount $500 is nonrefundable).

    Before March 31st you get a full refund excluding the $500 non refundable deposit

    After March 31st you get a refund with flight costs and deposit deducted.

    After June 15th there are no refunds allowed.

    If for some reason you cannot make this trip and need to back out, you have the option to transfer your deposit/funds to a future Wander with Wande trip.

    In the event of any unforeseen circumstances such as pandemics, travel advisories, natural disasters etc. Wande and Nanea will follow CDC, and Federal guidelines , and will regroup based on their guidance. If it calls for it we will make the call to postpone the trip to a later date.

  • We understand that there are Babes who have points and miles and would prefer to arrange their own travel. For this reason we will be creating another pricing tier that does not include cost of flights. More info to come soon. Just note that if you do choose this option you will have to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport/hotel.

  • I know we provided a deposit deadline but don’t let that stress you out. There is no official deadline to join the retreat. The retreat is on an open enrollment, which means you can join the retreat at any time (provided there are still spots left). The deposit date is just to get you on the monthly payment schedule but if that timeline doesn't work for you, we can find another date that will work for you, just know those monthly payments will be adjusted.
