Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi

Welcome to Vietnam! Arrive in Hanoi, where a driver will be waiting to take you straight to the hotel. Once you're checked in and settled, we'll gather for welcome drinks right at the hotel, the perfect way to meet the group and ease into the trip before an evening welcome dinner together.

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour & Street Food Tour

Today we explore the heart of Hanoi: the Old Quarter's winding streets, the city's landmark temples and lakes, and a stop by the famous Train Street. In the evening, we'll wind through the city on a guided street food tour, tasting our way through some of Hanoi's best local bites.

Transfer to Ha Long Bay & Overnight Cruise

Day 3: Transfer to Ha Long Bay & Overnight Cruise

This morning we head out of the city toward Ha Long Bay, boarding our cruise for an overnight stay among the bay's dramatic limestone karsts. The afternoon brings kayaking and cave exploration, followed by a cooking demonstration onboard as the sun sets over the water.

Cruise Morning & Transfer to Hoi An

Day 4: Cruise Morning & Transfer to Hoi An

We'll take in the bay one more time this morning before disembarking and making our way to Hoi An. Once we arrive and check in, the evening is yours to wander the Ancient Town's lantern-lit streets.

Day 5: Cooking Class, Tailoring & Coconut Boats

Today is a full day in Hoi An: a hands-on Vietnamese cooking class, dedicated time to get custom pieces tailored in town, and a ride on the water in a traditional round coconut basket boat

Free Day in Hoi An

Day 6: Free Day in Hoi An

Today is yours to relax, shop, revisit the tailor for fittings, or book our optional Ba Na Hills day trip for a look at the Golden Bridge. Tonight, we'll come together to release lanterns of our own down the Thu Bon River, a peaceful way to close out your time in Hoi An.

Transfer to Ho Chi Minh City

Day 7: Transfer to Ho Chi Minh City

This morning we fly to Ho Chi Minh City and check into the hotel. The rest of the day is open to settle in and start exploring the city on your own.

Day 8: Ho Chi Minh City Tour & Shopping

Today we visit the War Remnants Museum for a look into the country's history, followed by a stop at Book Street, a charming, tree-lined lane filled with bookstores and cozy cafes. The rest of the day is yours, a half day free to shop and explore the city on your own. For anyone wanting to go further, an optional day trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels is available. Tonight, we'll gather for a farewell dinner to close out the trip.

Day 9: Departure

After breakfast, we'll help get everyone transferred to the airport for departure, wrapping up a trip that took us from the streets of Hanoi to the water of Ha Long Bay to the lantern light of Hoi An and the energy of Ho Chi Minh City.
