This one's for the Network While Black woman who wants networking that doesn't feel like networking. No panels, no name tags, no forced icebreakers, just a long weekend built around food, wine, and the kind of conversation that happens naturally when you're not trying to make it happen.

We start with a welcome dinner to bring everyone together, then spend a full day aboard the Napa Valley Wine Train, riding through the vineyards for a gourmet meal and a stop at Grgich Hills Estate for a proper tasting. Saturday slows everything down even further: a spa morning, a poolside afternoon to relax and mingle, and a final dinner together at RH Yountville to close it all out.

Welcome to Napa Valley

Day 1: Welcome to Napa Valley

Arrive in Napa Valley and check into the hotel, where we'll kick things off with welcome drinks right on arrival, the perfect way to unwind after travel and start meeting the group. The rest of the afternoon is open to settle in further before we head to Ember Steak for a welcome dinner that sets the tone for the weekend: good food, good wine, and the start of conversations that'll carry through the whole trip.

Napa Valley Wine Train

Day 2: Napa Valley Wine Train

Today we trade the usual vineyard-hopping for something a little different: the Napa Valley Wine Train. We'll spend two hours riding through the valley aboard beautifully restored vintage cars, sitting down to a three-course gourmet meal as the vineyards roll by outside the window. Along the way, we'll stop for a one-hour tasting at Grgich Hills Estate, one of Napa's most storied wineries. The rest of the evening is yours to explore Napa on your own.

Spa Morning, Pool Afternoon & Farewell Dinner

Day 3: Spa Morning, Pool Afternoon & Farewell Dinner

This morning is all about slowing down with a spa morning, time to reset before the trip wraps up. In the afternoon, we head to the pool to relax, soak up the sun, and keep the conversations going in a more laid-back setting. Tonight, we come back together for a farewell dinner at RH Yountville to close out the weekend.
