Ride horseback along the beach and through the countryside, enjoy a relaxing massage, and spend your free time however you choose, whether that's lounging by the pool, walking the beach, or adding a little more adventure with activities like ziplining, ATV rides, or a Costa Rican cooking class.

Day 1 — Welcome to Costa Rica, Sistas!

Day 1: Day 1 — Welcome to Costa Rica, Sistas!

Welcome to Costa Rica! After landing in Guanacaste, a private driver will be waiting to take you straight to the villa, a scenic drive along the coast to our home for the next few days. Once everyone is settled in, we will come together for a welcome dinner, the perfect way to kick things off and get to know the Sistas you will be spending the next few days with. The rest of the night is yours: relax by the pool, enjoy the ocean breeze, or turn in early for the adventure ahead.

Day 2 — Breakfast, Horseback Riding & An Evening to Explore

Day 2: Day 2 — Breakfast, Horseback Riding & An Evening to Explore

We are starting the morning off right with breakfast at the villa before heading out for horseback riding along the coastline and countryside, surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery Costa Rica has to offer. Once we are back, the evening is open for you to unwind however you like. Enjoy the pool, stay in, or take a short walk down Tamarindo Beach.

Day 3 — A Free Day, Starting With a Massage

Day 3: Day 3 — A Free Day, Starting With a Massage

This morning we begin with a relaxing massage at the villa, included for everyone. From there, the day is yours. If you are looking to add a little more adventure, you can choose from any of our optional add-ons: an ATV ride through the jungle, zip lining through the treetops, or a hands-on cooking class where you will learn to prepare traditional Costa Rican dishes. And if there is something else you have been hoping to do that you do not see here, just reach out to our team and we will help make it happen. Tonight, we will come together one last time for a farewell dinner to close out the retreat.

Day 4 — Departure

It is time to say goodbye to Costa Rica. After breakfast, we will help get everyone checked out and transferred back to the airport for the flight home, wrapping up a retreat full of new memories and sisterhood.
