Day 1

Day 1: Welcome to Guadalajara

Welcome to Guadalajara! Upon arrival at Guadalajara International Airport, your private driver will be waiting to greet you and transfer you to your hotel, where you’ll settle in for the next few days of curated experiences, connection, and elevated leisure. After check-in, take some time to relax and refresh from your travels. You may choose to unwind at the hotel, enjoy the pool, or step out for a light stroll to get a feel for the city’s energy. In the evening, we’ll gather for a beautifully curated welcome dinner at Restaurante Prehispanix , where you’ll be introduced to Guadalajara’s rich culinary scene through a modern, elevated lens. This will be your first moment to connect with the group, set intentions for the trip, and ease into the experience ahead.

Day 2: Leisure + Tennis Under the Lights

Ease into your first full day in Guadalajara with a slow, intentional morning. You may choose to enjoy breakfast at the hotel or step out to a nearby café for a relaxed start to the day, taking in the city at your own pace. The afternoon is yours to enjoy freely whether that looks like exploring local shops, relaxing at the hotel, capturing content, or simply resting. As the evening approaches, we’ll begin getting ready for our first tennis experience. Think elevated, stylish, and camera-ready as we head to the Guadalajara Open Akron for an exciting night session. Enjoy the atmosphere, world-class matches, and a lively social energy as we sip, watch, and fully immerse ourselves in the experience. After the matches, you’re welcome to continue the night with light drinks or head back to the hotel to unwind.

Day 3: Tequila & Agave Experience

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before we set out for one of the most iconic experiences in the region. You’ll be transported to Tequila, Jalisco, the birthplace of tequila, where rolling blue agave fields and rich heritage set the scene for an unforgettable day. During this immersive experience, you’ll visit a renowned distillery such as Jose Cuervo or Casa Sauza, where you’ll learn about the tequila-making process from start to finish and enjoy a guided tasting. Take your time exploring the charming town, capturing content among the agave fields, and enjoying a leisurely lunch in the area. In the evening, we’ll return to Guadalajara, where the rest of the night is yours to relax, recharge, or enjoy a casual dinner at your own pace.

Day 4: Tennis & Farewell Dinner

Enjoy a relaxed morning and take your time soaking in your final full day in Guadalajara. Whether you choose to sleep in, visit a café, or enjoy the hotel amenities, this is your moment to reset before the evening’s experiences. Later in the day, we’ll return to the Guadalajara Open Akron for our second tennis session, where the energy continues to build as the tournament progresses. This experience offers another opportunity to take in the matches, enjoy the atmosphere, and fully embrace the moment. Following the matches, we’ll close out the trip with a beautifully curated farewell dinner at Alma Restaurante, celebrating the connections made, the experiences shared, and the memories created throughout the trip. For those who want to continue the night, optional lounge or nightlife experiences are available.

Day 5: Departure

As our time together comes to an end, we want you to know that you'll be greatly missed! Start out your day with breakfast at the hotel before you head out. Checkout is at 12PM so please be packed and ready to leave the hotel. Your car ride will be waiting for you at the hotel, ensuring a smooth departure.
